Membership Fees
Fill out our
on-line membership application.
It will only take a few minutes and soon you will be
playing in a league of your own.
If you would rather mail or fax in an application,
download our printable form,
we can also mail the application to your residence. Please note that it
will take several minutes to download because of the graphics and colors
on our application form. Also, please scroll down to read membership requirements
and fees.
You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print
our printable application.
Membership Requirements:
A. Proof of status as a graduate or member of the faculty by sending
one of the following:
Any exchanges on university letterhead that indicates your graduate or
faculty status (i.e. a fund raising letter addressed to you; a copy of
a page from an alumni or faculty directory that includes your name) /
a copy of your diploma / a copy of your transcript.
B. Membership forms and/or web questions.
C. Membership fee.
D. Mail photos (optional).
Forms and payment may be completed on-line or off-line at your convenience.
Mail-in forms may be printed from the web site or mailed to your residence.
Proof of graduate or faculty status and any photographs of yourself you
would like to include must be mailed to the address provided on this page.
Regardless of what method you use to join, your membership cannot be activated
until we have received your proof of graduate or faculty status.
The regular six month membership fee is $60.00.
The annual membership fee is $110.00. The membership fee for graduate
students is $30.00 for six months.
The photo fee for the first set of 10 photos provided is $5.00 (to be
sent to offline GG members when they purchase biographies). There is no
photo fee for digital photos that are sent as email attachments. Digital
photos must be 50k or smaller in "jpeg" format. These will be uploaded
at no charge to each biography. You may send your jpeg digital photos
as email attachments from anywhere on our website or to staff@goodgenes.com
or info@goodgenes.com.
Any revision to your biography is $5.00. There is a $5.00 fee for any
revisions to your profile. There is no charge for changes in age or ages
of children.
Each biography ordered is $5.00.
